List your saved and recent Matrix searches

The Matrix equivalent of the calculator’s scenarios, and the same contract: inputs are stored, never results. A stored confirmed/possible verdict would go stale the moment a financier edited an approval, so reopening re-runs the search.

Rows are per-user. Kept separate from calculator scenarios because the two describe different questions — reopening a Matrix search on the calculator would price criteria that were never a quote.
