List your saved and recent calculator scenarios

A scenario is a set of inputs, not results. Reopening one re-runs the calculation, so a saved quote never goes stale against a rate card that has since changed.

Recents are recorded automatically on every run and trim themselves per user; saved scenarios persist until deleted. Rows are per-user — a caller only ever sees their own.
