Priority decides which approval heads a financier's Matrix results; sending the order means a client never has to know what the underlying numbers are. Values are spaced evenly so a number can still be typed between two rows afterwards. Every id must belong to the same organisation, and all of them are rewritten in one transaction — a request naming an unknown id changes nothing. Reference: https://docs.finput.com.au/api/endpoints/approvals/reorder-approvals ## Authentication - `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — JWT access token obtained from `POST /api/v1/auth/login`, or a `finput_sk_...` API token ## Request ### Body (application/json) This endpoint expects an object. - `approval_ids` (list of integer, required) — Approval ids, first in the list sorts first. ## Response ### 200 The order that was applied - `approval_ids` (list of integer, optional) ## Errors ### 400 Bad Request Error Empty list, duplicate ids, or ids spanning more than one organisation. Validated before any write, so a rejected request never leaves a partial order. - `error` (string, optional) - `errors` (map from string to list of string, optional) ### 403 Forbidden Error Caller lacks approval write permission - `any` ### 404 Not Found Error One or more ids do not exist, or belong to another organisation - `any` ## Examples **Request** ```json { "approval_ids": [ 12, 9, 31 ] } ``` **Response** ```json { "approval_ids": [ 1 ] } ``` **SDK Code** ```python import requests url = "https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder" payload = { "approval_ids": [12, 9, 31] } headers = { "Authorization": "Bearer ", "Content-Type": "application/json" } response = requests.post(url, json=payload, headers=headers) print(response.json()) ``` ```javascript const url = 'https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder'; const options = { method: 'POST', headers: {Authorization: 'Bearer ', 'Content-Type': 'application/json'}, body: '{"approval_ids":[12,9,31]}' }; try { const response = await fetch(url, options); const data = await response.json(); console.log(data); } catch (error) { console.error(error); } ``` ```go package main import ( "fmt" "strings" "net/http" "io" ) func main() { url := "https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder" payload := strings.NewReader("{\n \"approval_ids\": [\n 12,\n 9,\n 31\n ]\n}") req, _ := http.NewRequest("POST", url, payload) req.Header.Add("Authorization", "Bearer ") req.Header.Add("Content-Type", "application/json") res, _ := http.DefaultClient.Do(req) defer res.Body.Close() body, _ := io.ReadAll(res.Body) fmt.Println(res) fmt.Println(string(body)) } ``` ```ruby require 'uri' require 'net/http' url = URI("https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder") http = Net::HTTP.new(url.host, url.port) http.use_ssl = true request = Net::HTTP::Post.new(url) request["Authorization"] = 'Bearer ' request["Content-Type"] = 'application/json' request.body = "{\n \"approval_ids\": [\n 12,\n 9,\n 31\n ]\n}" response = http.request(request) puts response.read_body ``` ```java import com.mashape.unirest.http.HttpResponse; import com.mashape.unirest.http.Unirest; HttpResponse response = Unirest.post("https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder") .header("Authorization", "Bearer ") .header("Content-Type", "application/json") .body("{\n \"approval_ids\": [\n 12,\n 9,\n 31\n ]\n}") .asString(); ``` ```php request('POST', 'https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder', [ 'body' => '{ "approval_ids": [ 12, 9, 31 ] }', 'headers' => [ 'Authorization' => 'Bearer ', 'Content-Type' => 'application/json', ], ]); echo $response->getBody(); ``` ```csharp using RestSharp; var client = new RestClient("https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder"); var request = new RestRequest(Method.POST); request.AddHeader("Authorization", "Bearer "); request.AddHeader("Content-Type", "application/json"); request.AddParameter("application/json", "{\n \"approval_ids\": [\n 12,\n 9,\n 31\n ]\n}", ParameterType.RequestBody); IRestResponse response = client.Execute(request); ``` ```swift import Foundation let headers = [ "Authorization": "Bearer ", "Content-Type": "application/json" ] let parameters = ["approval_ids": [12, 9, 31]] as [String : Any] let postData = JSONSerialization.data(withJSONObject: parameters, options: []) let request = NSMutableURLRequest(url: NSURL(string: "https://api.finput.com.au/api/v1/approvals/reorder")! as URL, cachePolicy: .useProtocolCachePolicy, timeoutInterval: 10.0) request.httpMethod = "POST" request.allHTTPHeaderFields = headers request.httpBody = postData as Data let session = URLSession.shared let dataTask = session.dataTask(with: request as URLRequest, completionHandler: { (data, response, error) -> Void in if (error != nil) { print(error as Any) } else { let httpResponse = response as?
